How this differs from a transport service
A haulier collects a car you have already bought and delivers it to the address you give. Responsibility for what you bought stays with you: if the car turns out to have a wound-back odometer, hidden accident damage or a failing gearbox, the haulier has nothing to do with it.
We work earlier in the process. The search, history check, technical assessment and price negotiation all happen before any money is transferred. Transport is only the last step, not the whole service. That is why clients usually save less on the shipping price and far more on not buying the wrong car.
Why cars are brought specifically from Germany
Germany has the largest market in Europe, so it is realistic to find a car there that you would wait months for in Lithuania: with a rare specification, a complete service history and clear provenance. The narrower your requirements, the more the size of the choice matters.
The second reason is documentation. In Germany it is normal for a car to have a service book and an inspection history, with mileage recorded several times over the car's life. That allows far more to be verified than a listing shows, but only if somebody actually reads those documents on site, in German.
The same turnover brings risk with it: cars with corrected mileage, undeclared accident repairs and defects tidied up for sale all reach the market. This is why inspection is not a formality here but the core of the service.

What car delivery costs
The service fee when the car is paid for in full up front is 950 EUR + VAT, plus the actual delivery cost. When buying through leasing, the price is calculated individually, because it depends on the value of the car and the delivery model chosen.
On top of the car price and the service fee, it is worth planning for Lithuanian state charges: the registration fee and the pollution tax, the size of which depends on the car's CO2 emissions. We go through these figures with you before the order, so the final total is not a surprise.

Can I order a car I found myself on mobile.de?
Yes. Send us the listing link and we will check both the car and the seller, arrange an on-site inspection and tell you whether the price matches the market. If the car is not worth it, we will say so plainly and suggest alternatives.
Is the car inspected before purchase?
Yes. We check the car's history, technical condition and documents. An on-site inspection is an additional part of the service, which we particularly recommend for more expensive cars.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on how quickly a suitable car is found. The search itself can take from a few days to a few weeks, and transport is added on top of that. We give you a specific timeline once we agree on a particular car.
Can I buy through leasing?
Yes. We work with leasing companies, and in that case the service price is calculated individually based on the value of the car and the delivery model.
What happens if the car arrives different from what I expected?
That is exactly why the car is checked before purchase rather than after delivery. You receive all the information, photos and inspection results before you decide, so you are buying while seeing what we see.
Which countries do you bring cars from?
Most often Germany, but we work across Europe. Germany is the most popular because of the sheer choice and well-kept vehicle histories, but sometimes a better example turns up in the Netherlands, Belgium or France.
